CME provides administrative, quality assurance and quality control services of all types during the construction phase of project
development. Services we provide include:
Construction Administration managing all phases of management, inspection and testing
commencing after project award through the completion of construction.
Project Inspection of most major types of construction including
reinforced concrete, asphalt paving, high-rise building construction, underground utilities, warehousing, residential developments,
ICC Special Inspections of buildings, bridges, and dams.
Materials Testing services include laboratory and field testing of soils,
asphalt, concrete, manufactured aggregates, spray fireproofing, structural masonry, and structural steel. We regularly provideMobile Laboratory Trailers at remote sites or projects that require rapid turnaround of test results.
Materials Engineering services
include analysis and design of concrete mixes, asphalt mix designs, and producer qualification and quality assurance testing of manufactured
aggregate products. We also provide technical support services for high-performance concrete pavements.
Non-Destructive Examination services
including Visual, Magnetic Particle, and Ultrasonic testing of steel products and welding.
Geotechnical Engineering services including
site characterization, geologic determinations, slope stability, and roadway section design.
